GDP certification strengthens Patinter’s road transport operation for medicinal products

Patinter has obtained Good Distribution Practice (GDP) certification for the road transport of medicinal products for human use. This certification covers its temperature-controlled transport service and the specific training provided to drivers dedicated to this activity, in compliance with European guidelines and the applicable national legal framework.

In a sector where product integrity is critical, this certification reinforces Patinter’s high standards and consolidates an operation built on rigorous levels of safety, control and traceability. The service is ensured through certified refrigerated semi-trailers and real-time monitoring systems, which allow continuous temperature control and recording from loading through to delivery.

This operating model ensures permanent thermal visibility throughout each transport operation, reduces the risk of deviations and helps preserve the properties of the medicinal products throughout the entire operation.

GDP now becomes part of a management system already supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 39001 standards, reinforcing Patinter’s commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence.
