Responsibilities
- Support activities related to compliance with the requirements applicable to the company’s Management System;
- Assist in monitoring objectives, indicators and KPIs related to the Management System;
- Provide support in the implementation of the Annual Audit Plan and the Annual Training Plan;
- Support the delivery of training and awareness actions in the areas of quality, environment, safety and work-life balance;
- Assist in the handling of non-conformities and in the follow-up of improvement actions;
- Support document management and information records within the scope of the Management System;
- Contribute to the development and follow-up of communication campaigns in the areas of quality, environment, occupational safety, road safety and work-life balance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Environment, Safety, Management or a similar field;
- Interest in the areas of quality, environment and safety;
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards;
- Good communication skills, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn;
- Organisational skills, proactivity and critical thinking;
- Knowledge of English and/or French;
- Good user-level knowledge of MS Office.
